  1. I gave up Facebook for one full year- best decision ever at the time. It’s crazy how much it seriously impacts our lives. I moved to a new city & in meeting new people their first question was always “are you on Facebook?” Now I’m back with a whole new relationship with social media. It’s completely healthy to take some time away from it, I think.
