Don’t have time to workout? Can’t make it to the gym? Accidentally slept through your alarm and missed your opportunity to go for that run you scheduled into your diary? (Yep, that last one is coming directly from experience)
Well, don’t let any of the reasons above be an excuse not to exercise! Try this express workout I came up with (when I hit snooze a few too many times one morning) instead.
***Do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between each exercise. Repeat the full set 3 times with a 1 minute break between rounds***
It’s only a quickie, but trust me, this 30-minute express workout will have you sweating up a storm! It really gets your heart rate going and you’ll be burning some serious calories. The best bit, you can do it at home!
Remember, a quick workout is better than no workout at all!
